MALIN WESTEN

I am Malin Westen, a Stockholm native based in Zurich, Switzerland. With a background in law and economics, I have danced between the worlds of finance and creativity, always finding solace and passion in photography. From my early days growing up in Stockholm with a camera in hand to going through university freelancing as a photographer, I have always been drawn to capturing human connection.

 

But as the corporate grind gradually took over, my time behind the lens grew sparse. This website is my way of reconnecting with my roots - the people, places and perspectives that have shaped me. It is a glimpse into the experiences that have colored my journey so far expressed as a mix of snapshots and thoughts. Going forward, I hope to show even more of what I feel a deep comittment to, sustainable development.
